How do i upload video, music and pictures to my MP4 player?

Up loading music and pictures to your player is very easy.  Simply drag and drop the albums/tracks or pictures you want from your computer to the relevent file on the players main directory.

Below there is a YouTube video to show you how to do it.  The player in the video is a Onda VX747 but the method is the same for all MP4 players.

My video is jerky or out of sync?

If you have used Format Factroy to RIP a DVD for examlpe to your computer, and when you upload it to your MP4 player it is jerky or out of sync.  The video file is to large for the player.  You need to go back to Format Factory and reduce the video size to stabalize the video.

Can i update the firmware on my player?

Yes you can update the firmware on your player, but you do so at your own risk.  If the firmware update is not done correctly you can freeze or lock your player.  Our players will come loaded with the very latest firmware anyway, so you should not need to do this.

Can i expand the memory with a micro SD card?

Yes you can expand the memory with a micro SD card.  The details of maximum capacity for each player are in each discription.  The memory will show as separate memory in the player.
