Delivery

We aim to have your order shipped out to you the same day if the order is completed before 3.30pm Monday-Friday and before 10.30pm on a Saturday, otherwise it will be the next working day.  All orders delivered to UK address are sent via a signed for delivery service.  International orders are subject to a slightly higher delivery charge and will take longer depending on where you are.  All orders are subject to availability.

International Shipping

Options are available too ship to internationally.  Please select your country when placing your order.

UK Shipping

We have two options;

1.  Our standard delivery service, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery, normal delivery time 1-3 days.

2.  Royal Mail Special delivery which is a guaranteed next day delivery on all orders placed Mon-Thur.  If you wish to have an order delivered on a Saturday there is an extra charge of £2.30, this is the charge that Royal Mail charge us for delivery on a Saturday.  If this is not selected all Special delivery orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.  All Special delivery are guaranteed before 1pm.

All our delivery options (including International) must be signed for upon delivery.

Our typical standard price for our standard delivery is £1.45, the actual delivery costs to us are more than double that, so the charge is to help cover these costs.  The typical charge for Special Delivery is only £4.00, again less than the price we are actually charged.

If you wish to replace a player you have bought with another player from our range you will have to pay postage costs on the second player.  Postage costs will depend on which player you buy.

Our special delivery option covers you for the full amount of your purchase.

Returns

We understand that you will want to have a good play with your new purchase from pmpuk.com to see if it's for you.  So you have 7 days to try anything you buy from PMPUK.com.  All we ask is that if you think if you are going to return the player with in the 7days, please keep the item in as new condition with all accessories.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you must notify us by email sales@pmpuk.com within 7 days of the date of your purchase and return the item to us within 7 days after that.  You must return your unwanted order via a fully insured, recorded and signed for delivery service.  We cannot accept any responcibility for the returned item until it arrives safely with us and is in perfect condition.

If you order is dead on arrival (this is not likely as all orders go through three stages of quality control) we will offer a replacement.  Buyer responsible for returning the item back to use and we will deliver the replacement item back to you.

A refund will only be given if the item is returned in saleable/new condition with all accessories.  Any music, movies etc downloaded to an MP4 player must be removed.

So, please have a good at look your purchase, but bare in mind, if you want to return the purchase, to be careful when using it.  If your item is returned and found to be in none saleable condition, i.e. damaged, your application for a refund will be refused and you will have to pay a delivery charge to have the player sent back to you.   Items sent back after the return period, or of 7 days after notification of return within the first 7days, will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Postage costs are none refundable and will be deducted from the price of any refund.
