During this time if you are not happy with your player, for whatever reason you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund (excluding P&P).  To be eligible for your refund all we ask is that the player is returned to us in the same condition it was received in, brand new.  Including all packaging and accessories, all your downloads have been removed and the player is free from scratches and finger marks.
